Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We ship world wide and offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 within the U.S. and Canada.

Shipping to Japan usually takes approximately 10-14 days. (日本への発送は通常約10~14日かかります。)

When will my order ship?

Orders are shipped within 24-48 hours from purchase pending item availability and credit card verification. Processing and delivery times do not include weekends and holidays. Here are some examples:

- Orders placed Monday thru Friday before 12PM PST will begin processing that day and will ship within 2 business days.

- Orders placed Monday thru Friday after 12PM PST will begin processing the next business day and will ship within 2 business days.

- Orders placed on Friday after 12PM PST or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.

Canada + US

We estimate you will receive your order within 5-8 business days of its ship date. Shipping can take from 2-4 weeks if you are located in Hawaii or Alaska.

UK + Europe

Shipping times will depend on the shipping option selected at checkout. 

We cannot guarantee precise delivery dates and shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible.

We are currently unable to ship to P.O. Box and military addresses and cannot be responsible for packages once they have been scanned and delivered.

Can I get my order faster?

If you need your SHOOFIES sooner, please select an expedited shipping option during checkout.

Taxes + Duties

What currency are your prices in?

All of our prices are in Canadian dollars. 

What forms of payment do you accept?

All forms of payment are listed in the footer of the website but include most forms of payment including major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and ShopPay.

Taxes & Duties

Canada

Destinations within Canada are subject to their provincial tax rate.

 

US

All orders to delivered outside of Canada are tax-free at the time of purchase.

Payment of duties and taxes as well as any brokerage charges from the shipping provider are the responsibility of the customer.

Orders delivered to the U.S. are usually exempt from duties and taxes on imports under $600 in value. However, we cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs or import duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once a package reaches its destination country. These charges are the responsibility of and must be paid by the recipient.

 

International

International orders may be subject to duty and/or taxes collected by the importing country.

If you are unsure of what these fees may be, please contact your local customs office to find out more information prior to placing an order.

Returns + Refunds

Do you accept returns?

We are happy to offer exchanges and returns at the shipping cost of the purchaser. All exchanges or returns must be within 30 days of the items order. 


SHOOFIE must be unused and unwashed. Unfortunately we cannot offer exchange or returns on sale items. If you'd like to return or exchange, email us at hello@shoofie.comwith your order number and the details. 

If for any reason if you are not 100% happy with your purchase or if an item is deemed defective we’ll most definitely make it right.  Email us at hello@shoofie.comwith your order number, a detailed description of the problem and any photos and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can. 

Can I cancel my order?

Once an order has been processed and shipped it cannot be cancelled.

If you think you've made an error email us at hello@shoofie.com as soon as possible.

Of course, if you catch us before your order has shipped we'll do our best to cancel it.

Care etc.

How do I care for my SHOOFIE?

SHOOFIE is machine washable in cold water, ideally in a lingere bag. Just hang or lay flat to dry. Do not iron.

Do you do custom orders for weddings and bridesmaids?

We currently don't offer custom design orders as part of our regular offering but feel free to email us and we'll do our best to help.

Do you make SHOOFIES for men?

Currently we only make SHOOFIE for women but we keep hearing that men would like them too. If you'd like to see SHOOFIES for men please drop us a line at hello@shoofie.com so we know!

When do you release new prints?

If we find something irresistable we'll do a limited drop which you can find out about by joining our mailing list.

All of our current prints are limited run, some may come back but if there's a print you love be sure to snag on while you can : )
