We ship world wide and offer free standard shipping within the U.S. and Canada.
When will my order ship?
Orders are shipped within 24-48 hours from purchase pending item availability and credit card verification. Processing and delivery times do not include weekends and holidays. Here are some examples:
For orders within Canada and the continental U.S., we estimate you will receive your order within 5-7 business days of its ship date. Shipping can take from 2-4 weeks if you are located in Hawaii or Alaska.
For orders to the UK and Europe, shipping times will depend on the shipping option selected at checkout.
If you need your item(s) sooner, please select an expedited shipping option during checkout. We cannot guarantee precise delivery dates and shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible.
We are currently unable to ship to P.O. Box and military addresses.
We are not responsible for packages once they have been scanned and delivered.
If you need your order faster, there are options to select an expedited shipping option during checkout.

Taxes & Duties
Destinations within Canada are subject to their provincial tax rate.
All orders to delivered outside of Canada are tax-free at the time of purchase.
Payment of duties and taxes as well as any brokerage charges from the shipping provider are the responsibility of the customer.
Orders delivered to the U.S. are usually exempt from duties and taxes on imports under $600 in value. However, we cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs or import duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once a package reaches its destination country. These charges are the responsibility of and must be paid by the recipient.
International orders may be subject to duty and/or taxes collected by the importing country.

Returns & Refunds
We currently do not offer returns or refunds. But for any reason if you are not 100% happy with your purchase or if an item is deemed defective within a reasonable time frame we’ll certainly work with you to make it right. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, a detailed description of the problem and any photos and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.
Cancellations & Changes
Sorry, once an order has been processed and shipped it cannot be cancelled. If you think you've made an error email us at email@example.com as soon as possible.
